During your initial showroom visit or a phone consultation, we take the time to get to know you—your vision, your ideal diamond characteristics, and your design preferences. Taylor will personally connect with you to understand every detail of what you’re looking for in your custom piece.

Once we understand your vision for your custom piece, we’ll present you with a variety of diamond options to help you choose the perfect one as the centerpiece of your design.

Taylor will begin by hand-sketching your design to ensure your vision is captured. Once approved, our skilled jewelers will create a detailed CAD rendering. If desired, we can even produce a wax model of your design, allowing you to try it on and ensure every detail is just right!

After you approve the CAD, our skilled jewelers begin handcrafting your custom piece, with every detail meticulously crafted in NYC. Most projects are completed within 3–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. Once finished, your dream piece will be overnight shipped to you, ready to be cherished for generations.
