Taylor and Joe are here to alleviate any apprehensions by guiding you through each stage of the process while imparting their expertise on the intricacies of colored diamonds, ensuring that you develop a deep affection and obsession for your dream diamond!
Here's a brief overview of our process:
Timeline: Designing your ideal ring is a meticulous process that cannot be rushed; each of our rings is meticulously crafted by hand in the heart of New York City. We hold our commitment to quality and craftsmanship above all else. Once you've chosen your diamond, you can expect to receive a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) rendering within three days for your final approval. From that point forward, our skilled team of jewelers will diligently create your ring, with the completion timeline ranging from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the intricacy of the design. If you require a faster turnaround, we'll make every effort to accommodate your timeline.
Payment: After choosing your desired diamond, we kindly request a deposit to be submitted within 48 hours. This deposit secures your chosen diamond and initiates the design and manufacturing process for your custom ring. Payments can be made via wire transfer, ACH, or check, as we do not currently provide financing options. Please note that while credit cards can be used for the initial down payment, a 4% transaction fee applies, and the full payment must be settled before we can proceed with shipping your stunning new ring!
